I sprayed the bri...Hi Kate, thanks for the comment! I sprayed the bricks with matte sealer prior to grouting them with polyfilla (drywall compound) mixed with acrylic paint. I have found the easiest way to apply grout was to spread it over the entire surface with my fingers to get it between the cracks, and then wiping it off with a damp rag. I didn't have any problems with the bricks getting soggy, just one corner that started to lift off a bit.
